Victor is our founder and senior consultant. With over a decade of experience in complex manufacturing environments, he has developed an ability to make safety simple and approachable. His breadth of experience and holistic approach mean he is able to “join the dots” between the seemingly separate and distinct issues that arise in our working life. He loves to carry new ways of thinking across business sectors and has seen success in bringing cultural change to our client businesses.
Karen James
Operations Coordinator
Karen is in charge of our operational success - her role can be compared to herding cats! She will be your main port of call for information and bookings, and will make sure that we continue to improve your experience as our client. She has a wealth of experience in high-pressure customer service roles, and provides straightforward and consistent support to our key accounts.
Rebecca Moran
Associate Consultant
Rebecca is a highly experienced compliance auditor and consultant, with expertise across Health, Safety and Environmental Management systems. She has worked with and supported COMAH regulated facilities, and conducted multi-site EHS audits for several high-profile companies. Her friendly and professional approach, and her natural enthusiasm make her a popular member of our team.
